5. Delivery & Product Inspection
Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery. If the product packaging is damaged, opened or tampered with, please inform us immediately.
For damaged or wrong product delivery, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product with:

Return Policy
6. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be approved by NM Air For Life India before sending the product back.

- Product is modified, repaired or handled improperly
- Return request is raised after the allowed time period
- Product issue is caused due to wrong usage or negligence
8. Replacement Policy
If the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement after verification.
Replacement will be processed only after the product is inspected and approved by our team. The product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, accessories and manuals.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds, if approved, will be processed after product inspection and confirmation.

Any damage caused during customer-side handling, wrong installation by unauthorized persons or misuse will not be covered under return or replacement.
12. Warranty Support
If the product has a warranty-covered issue after use, it will be handled as per the product warranty terms. Warranty does not mean direct return or refund.
Warranty may not cover physical damage, water damage, voltage fluctuation, misuse, unauthorized repair or normal wear and tear.
